Reservations

THE GROVE is scheduled to open in 2026. We do not accept reservations at this time. Once we are ready to welcome you, you will find at this spot a calendar with options for available dates and an integrated booking system. We advise you to book through our website. We give priority to direct bookings and offer the best price.

Meanwhile, please consider subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of this page. We will keep you updated about the progress of THE GROVE as we move towards the grand opening.

For our pricing list, we will publish that info on our accommodation page before we open.

THE GROVE will apply to receive an EOT license # (i.e. official acceptance by the Greek National Tourism Organization). We rent directly and via OTA’s to our guests, and have no affiliation to tour operators.

cancellation policy

No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date. 50% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received within 29 – 14 days prior to the clients’ arrival date, and 100% within 13 - 0 days. Early departure or no-show will be charged 100% of the total of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation.

deposit policy

The amount of three nights of the daily agreed price of the reservation is required 24 hours after booking. Balance settlement upon arrival at the resort.

notes

Rates are in Euro, on Bed & Breakfast basis inclusive of taxes and services. Rates include VAT and City Tax. For stays from January 1st, 2018 onwards, a government Occupancy Tax has been introduced. The Applicable Tax Charge is 4€ occupancy tax per night / room and it is to be paid by the guest upon arrival. The taxes specified are subject to change by the Greek government regulation without further notice.
