We supported the owners during the final phase of construction, preparing the property for the rental market and ensuring a seamless launch, with bookings coming in from the very beginning.

Set between mountains and sea, the villa combines a calm, elevated setting with open views and a strong sense of space. The house is arranged across two levels, offering a flexible layout that works particularly well for couples, friends, or families traveling together. The main level features an open-plan living area, two bedrooms, and direct access to the terrace and private pool. Upstairs, a separate suite with its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and panoramic terrace provides additional privacy and independence within the house.
