Defined by its iconic green roof and low, horizontal profile, the villa appears almost hidden within the terrain. Large sliding glass fronts dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, creating a continuous living space that opens fully toward the sea. SeaCrete offers 220 m² of thoughtfully designed living space for up to 6 guests. The villa features three bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a strong emphasis on indoor-outdoor flow. Outside, an infinity pool, a hammam, shaded dining areas, and natural stone terraces extend the living space into the landscape. A staircase leads directly down to the turquoise waters of the bay below.

Sustainability is an integral part of the concept. The green roof provides natural insulation, while solar panels support the villa’s energy needs, including pool and hammam heating. A covered carport with electric vehicle charging further reflects this forward-thinking approach.
